God choklad

Ghana, 60% cacao with nibs, Dark grandieur
Dark Intensity is a beautiful reddish brown chocolate. It is made from Ghanaian cocoa beans with an added surprise consisting of roasted cocoa nibs - small crunchy particles from the Forastero cocoa bean. The high quality of the Ghanaian Forastero bean is well recognized. It has a very distinct taste profile, which other African cocoa beans cannot deliver. The high content of natural coca butter gives it a rounded taste that is mild and flowery. The added nibs complement this with a more concentrated cocoa flavour, leaving a pleasant after-taste of intense vanilla and sweet chocolate.

Equador, 72% cacao, Dark excellence
Dark Excellence is made from the unique blend of two noble cocoa beans, the National and the Trinitario, from Equador. The National is a very rare cocoa bean that can be found in only Equador. The quality of the bean is recognized as one of the best in the world. In the Equadorian plantations, the cocoa bean grows and matures with an extraordinarily aromatic and non-bitter profile. It will grow nowhere else but in this soil, from which it derives a distinctive flavour of flowers, dried grasses and fruit.

New Guinea, 72% cacao, Dark Grandieur
Dark Grandieur is based on the noble Trinitario cocoa bean from Papua New Guinea. It is a cocoa bean with a remarkable coppery-pink colour, but it is the bean's ability to bestow the chocolate with a complex and alluring taste that makes it a most interesting discovery: with the powerful flavour of smoked peat and malt, this is indeed a chocolate for the true explorer.
